Fast Legalisation
Apostille Services

We manage the legalisation of our clients’ documents from start-to-finish, with a service to suit a range of time scales. Find the right service for you and contact us to get started.

Standard | 10-15 working days

Standard legalisation is an option for individuals looking for a hassle-free service but are not working with strict time-constraints.

Fast Track | 5-7 working days

This is an exclusive service, accessible only to individuals represented by an authorised account holder, such as Fast Legalisation. This popular service is considerably faster than the standard turnaround.

Do you require Consular Legalisation?

For documents intending to be used in a country that is not a contracting state of the Apostille Convention, you may be required to have them processed by the consulate or embassy of the country concerned. Note: this is in addition to FCDO legalisation.

How it works

With our assistance, getting a document legalised by the FCDO is easy. Our process has been designed to be as convenient as possible for our clients. Contact us to get started.

1  Call to arrange a service

A member of our team will speak with you about the document that you wish to be legalised – they will ask what kind of document it is and in which country is it intending to be used, and when you need the document to be legalised by. This will ensure that you get the exact service you need.

2  Drop-off your documents

Drop-off your document(s) at one of our locations.

3  We check your documents before submission

We check your documents before submission to the FCDO, ensuring that no issues will be found during the legalisation process.

4  Your documents are legalised by the FCDO

The FCDO will check that the signature, stamp, and seal on your document is genuine. Once complete, the FCDO will issue it with an apostille – an internationally recognised certificate of authenticity.

5  We collect, check, and scan your documents

We collect your documents from the FCDO before conducting our final checks. Once happy that your documents have been processed correctly, we then make digital copies for your records.

6  We dispatch your documents

We send your legalised documents via Royal Mail special delivery, sending tracking details upon dispatch. Overseas delivery options are also available.
